At Shangrila, every delivery person is not only uniformed and courteous but has been specially trained to deliver your gifts by hand.

All confirmed orders will be delivered on the date specified. In case of non-delivery of order on the specified date, we will refund the full amount and you need not look for the fine print. However, there are certain important points that you must bear in mind while ordering.  Please ensure that the address is complete with landmarks to locate it easily, the telephone # is correct and the telephone is in working order, and the recipient is available.  Without this info, we will be greatly handicapped in servicing you. 

We shall deliver your gifts as ordered during the course of the day, and for obvious reasons we cannot undertake FIXED TIME delivery orders unless explicitly agreed upon earlier.          

SPECIAL DELIVERY: We undertake to deliver at midnight and early morning (before the normal working hours) for an additional charge and explicit agreement in advance on a case to case basis.

All orders received and confirmed by us through return e-mail shall be delivered as per requirement or as close as possible (See Terms & Conditions). A signed proof of delivery will be furnished only in case of a specific claim of non-delivery.

Arranging flowers is an art.  It is not merely copying but creating and re-creating with personal genius and ingenuity.  Therefore, there is bound to be slight difference in the recreation of the flower arrangement depicted.  However, you may kindly be assured that the difference is minimal.  It is not a difference of degree and not of kind in re-creating the replica, that too because of personalized floral skills that vary from person to person.  At all times, our endeavor is to deliver items of the highest quality closest as possible to your order and to the FULL retail value.

While ordering flowers please do bear in mind that flowers are seasonal and will often depend on where you are sending the order to and the time of the year.

The arrangement you select from our catalogue typically dictates the types of flowers used. If you have any particular colour preferences (for example red roses or pastel shades), please fill it in the order form along with a second preference enabling us to meet your needs.

We believe our strength lies in our speed of response.  We can deliver same day orders also. However, please do keep in mind factors such as time-difference, holidays, Sundays, etc. All orders received will be confirmed by return e-mail and an order once confirmed will be delivered as required.

All orders must have a complete & detailed postal address, correct and working telephone no.  In case of wrong or incomplete address/ telephone #, where an abortive delivery attempt is made, NO REFUND can be made in view of the perishable/hygienic nature of the product.

Orders once received and confirmed by us cannot be cancelled, because the system automatically generates the order to the station concerned and it is a logistical problem to cancel these orders.

Nonetheless, we firmly believe in customer satisfaction and are focussed to customer delight.  We will try to accommodate your request for cancellation subject to logistic & system possibility.  In case of cancellation (wherever possible), we shall charge you the communication costs.

A separate e-mail may be sent to us in case of cancellation as soon as possible enabling us to retrieve/ retrans.
