Complete detailed postal address with landmarks and
telephone no. is required to execute your order.
In case of incomplete/incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, NO
REFUND is possible due to the perishable nature of the product and the infrastructure
costs involved.
All orders
confirmed by us through return e-mail will be delivered on the requested date. In case of
delivery on a wrong date, a complete and unconditional refund will be made.
We do NOT
guarantee the time of delivery. However, we will try to accommodate your requests as much
as practically possible.
TIME BOUND
DELIVERY: Special delivery at midnight or early morning is possible subject to additional
charge and explicit agreement in advance. These deliveries will be positively executed as
required within the specified hour.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the item
will be handed over to a relative/neighbor/colleague unless otherwise specified. A
note will be left at the recipients address in case
there is no one available and the item may be COLLECTED from the
closest Shangrila Gifts office/associate as detailed.
Refusal of
item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery and NO REFUND is
possible.
We must
receive delivery complaints within 48 hours of time of delivery. No communication will be
entertained thereafter.
Proof of
delivery will be maintained for duration of 30 days from date of delivery.
Non-delivery
due to natural causes, acts of god, violent/warlike situations and or reasons beyond our
control will not be considered as violation of agreement.
